I call A1 and request a representative to give me an estimation to level my garage floor that I was thinking was down in one side by 1 inch. Mr. Ethan Andresmool, came here and gave me his technical advice that my garage floor was level and the problem was my garage door that was down in the middle so lifting the end of the door giving me the gap. I was really surprise with the honesty of the company and the sales person was so cordial and answer all my questions. I really recommend this company. 5 stars for sure.

Everyone was professional, patient in answering my questions, and performed their work with confidence and efficiency. My step and concrete slabs are back to normal! A-1 Concrete was out to repair my sunken walkway and a portion on my patio, I can honestly say that the walkway and patio is level again! They saved me a lot of money since I did not need to replace my walkway and patio. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company!.

Having had A-1 out 5 years ago for a household slab leveling, I called again about my driveway. Ethan promptly arrived and assessed my dilemma. Ethan came out to look our driveway over. I thought up and down movement of th slabs could cause cracking. The good part is Ethan was an honest man and said my driveway was meant to do that and really didn’t need repairing. He said it didn’t qualify as a tripping hazard so it wasn’t necessary to do any repairs at this time. Two other companies left estimates to repair. Thank you Ethan for your honesty and thank you A1 for hiring him as your representative.

A1 Concrete and Leveling not only came out and did a quick quote but got back to us when they said they would to schedule the appointment to re level our sidewalk during the pandemic. Needed leveling in several areas on the property. One location had sunk about 5". Another area had large slabs sinking. A-1 quoted me a reasonable price and did a terrific job. I was amazed at how the results were like new. I also feel good knowing they warranty their work for 4 years.

The grade of the sidewalk on side my house was tilting towards the house causing pooling of water & water in the basement when it rained. A1 came out and raised the sidewalk to drain away from the house.
They were even able to level cracked sidewalk. Other conventional concrete co. wanted to remove &replace entire sidewalk and dig trench the length of house & waterproof basement. 5yr warranty
